At SDC LEKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our online store at https://sdcleka.com.
Important: This Return Policy applies to physical products only (apparel, merchandise, physical goods). Digital products and downloadable resources are subject to different terms as outlined in our Terms of Service Section 8.
You may return physical products (hoodies, t-shirts, apparel, merchandise) if they meet the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags attached
- Items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Defective or damaged merchandise (manufacturing defects, shipping damage)
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
- Items that do not match the product description on our website
Not Eligible for Return:
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, or used items (except for defects discovered after first use)
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
Standard Returns: You must initiate your return within 7 days of the order delivery date as confirmed by your tracking number.
Defective Items: For defective or damaged items, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
After the Return Window: Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date (or 14 days for defective items) cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
